EDIT: 9/9 So Today the speed is normal in the morning I've seen the speed rise to 50mb/s and drop down to 25mbs, No where near the slow, gutwrenching speed of 5kbs.

I have to agree with your assessment that Mac client for SWTOR doesn't seem like it will happen any time soon, if ever. And that would really be a shame. I'm a Windows guy but I have no opposition to making SWTOR available to Mac peeps. Most people that are hardcore gamers dont run macs. Its been a 20 year discussion or more. Are there some issues with having a Windows partition and a primarily Mac drive? After doing a bit of research, one will find that a Windows partition on a Mac machine can allow mischievous access to data on the Mac partition if certain malware / malicious hacks occur on the Windows side, but this can all easily be avoided.

Man I've been trying for 12 hours to download 1 peice of shit game and I'm out of my wits end. DO I call someone to come over from EA since I payed for month and it will take a month just to download this shit. I did that back in may, I eventalked to a GM and none of his 'helping' answers was actually helpfull to my sitution. The ussers did tell me few ways that I could try to download it but none was helpfull for the speed itself and in some casses it froze the launcher all together. Makes me wonder how many people experience this. Since there are NUMEROUS posts about the problem from 2013 and nothing was done to eliviate the issue regarding the speed of the launcher downlad. My speed should not be 1 kbs, 1mbs or even 10 mbs, some downloads go as high as 50 and sometimes as low as 25 mbs but NEVER this bad.
